Jay-Z & GaGa Tapped For Debut Of Oprah’s Brand New Show

Oprah ain’t going anywhere. Are we really surprised? After O’s iconic daytime staple “The Oprah Show” goes into retirement in 2011, she’s moving her stint to night time. She announced today that she is launching a brand new show for Thursday evenings on her new channel OWN. It’s called “Oprah’s Next Chapter” and will be an hour long format. And of course, she’s coming out the gate swinging with her guest list. Jay-Z and Lady GaGa are her guinea pigs:

The network is using Ms. Winfrey’s ability to attract high-profile talent. One OWN series, “Visionaries: Inside the Creative Mind,” will highlight pop musician Lady Gaga and movie director James Cameron, among others. Another show, “Master Class,” will feature people like former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and musician Jay-Z relaying life storiesand lessons directly into the camera.

Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, said Ms. Winfrey asked him to participate during a phone call. “I didn’t even think about it,” Mr. Carter said last month. “I just said ‘yes.’

While pictures of the St. Patrick’s Day TS Supernatural Creator and TS Supernatural Commander have already been seen, here we have a look at the actual player exclusive versions that were made for Derrick Rose and Kevin Garnett.

KG’s Celtics faced off against the Pistons last night as he wore his clover-covered TS Supernatural Commander and DRose’s Bulls are headed to Dallas to face the Mavs tomorrow night.

Garnett wore a white base upper with kelly green and gold accents, and as always, the overall height of his size 15 shoes has been dropped an inch from the normal TS Supernatural Commander’s cut. You’ll also find several personal notes throughout, like the ‘KP34′ tribute to Minnesota Twins icon and mentor Kirby Puckett, as well as the ‘2Malik’ tribute for late teammate Malik Sealy. For Derrick Rose, his size 12.5 TS Supernatural Creator PE features a white base and a kelly green neoprene shroud covered in gold clovers.
